HKEA's General Committee is responsible for steering the Association, all of whom have extensive trade and industry experience. They devote much of their precious time to furthering the territory's trading status, and represent exporters in meetings with senior Government officials. HKEA's Sub-committees also specialize in diverse areas of export trade, promoting business and tackling specific problems. The General Committee and all Sub-committees hold regular meetings on current issues concerning Hong Kong exports and re-exports.
