| EU confirms decision on labeling of magnetic toys | ||

The European Commission has officially confirmed the decision on magnetic toys on 21 April, 2008, requiring magnetic toys placed or made available on the EU market to display a warning label. Magnetic toys which do not display the required warning will be withdrawn from the market by 21 July, 2008. | ||

| EU extends anti-dumping duty on Macau footwear | ||

The EU has enforced the extension of anti-dumping duty against leather footwear imported from
Macau on 2 May, 2008, aiming at protecting the EU shoemakers from cheap Asian imports. |
