Strategic Study on the Implications of Compliance Issues to Hong Kong's Exporting Industries
In recent ten years, overseas buyers, especially those from the U.S., Europe and Japan are increasingly demanding that Hong Kong manufacturers and exporters observe compliance requirements. Such compliance issues, becoming an important part of the sourcing equation, can broadly fall under the following categories:-

1. Working Conditions and Labour Rights
2. Respect to environment
3. Product safety, product standards and product certification
4. Government Trade Regulations

<Key Issues of Compliance Standards>
