Jointly organized by the HKEA, Textile Council of Hong Kong, HKTDC and Federation of Hong Kong Industries, this seminar addressed topics relating to the current state of the US apparel import, procedural path of an US anti-dumping investigation, changes in Chinese textile export policies and control mechanism, EU's sentiments towards surge observation on clothing imports and preparations for anti-dumping investigations from the EU. Anti-dumping investigation specialists explained the aspects and proceedings of anti-dumping and examined how manufacturers can prepare for protection and control. The seminar attracted 400 attendees.
