55th Anniversary: New Era for New
Image

| Having grown with the Hong Kong export trade for 55 years, The Hong Kong Exporters’ Association (HKEA) has been committed to promoting Hong Kong products through various services and channels. In celebration of its 55th Anniversary, HKEA is set to unveil a contemporary new look as well as a series of new and enhanced services to bring the best of interests to Hong Kong exporters.

| In the past 10 years, the Hong Kong export trade has undergone tremendous transformation with the global economic development. At the dawn of this new era, HKEA is coming out with an enchanting and stimulating new image, which can better reflect its commitment
to the export trade, and at the same time, better represent its dynamic spirit as it advances together with the export trade of Hong Kong. |

| Chairman of the HKEA, Mr Tom Tang, JP, remarked that “the new logo, represented in a fire work shape, is both energetic and festive; it represents our determination to improve and forge ahead, it also reflects our confidence in the future of the city. By exercising brand building in this special occasion, we hope to encourage HKEA members and Hong Kong exporters to embrace
the new era by employing design, creativity and brand building in their production and marketing.” |

| Introducing
new and strengthened services |
| To cope with the changing external trade, HKEA is dedicated towards continuous improvements. After launching the revamped website and the online product display services last year, a myriad of new and strengthened services are now being
launched. |
|
| To help Hong Kong exporters explore more business opportunities, HKEA is intensifying its efforts to open up the mainland consumer market for Hong Kong exporters. Moreover, it will lead trade missions to key markets in Asia which hold good promise for Hong Kong exporters.
|
|
| As always, the HKEA remains committed to helping Hong Kong
exporters succeed. In this area, it will further promote Hong Kong products and brands through its
five core integrated offerings, namely exhibitions, export marketing activities, educational seminars, informative magazines and web site. |

| In addition to
organizing a wide variety of trade seminars,
workshops, symposiums to keep
Hong Kong
exporters abreast of the latest market
development, HKEA will keep on strengthening
members’ privileges by offering more member
benefits. We will also proactively promote
public interest by participating at various
corporate social responsible programmes as well
as supporting green initiatives to help HKEA
members saving costs and protecting the
environment. |

| Marking this special occasion, a cocktail celebration will be hosted on 29 April, 2010 and the new image will be unveiled. The Hong Kong Exporters’ Association would like to have your presence to witness our growth. |
